Levi has been self-employed in the construction industry since 1990. With his wealth of experience, he confidently assists customers with their building needs. Design build projects are part of his core competency. He began his career with his brother Amos building greenhouses. When he couldn’t find doors that met his satisfaction Levi built his own. The rest is HC Quality history!
When Levi isn’t working he enjoys hunting, hunting and oh yeah, hunting!
Ray Harnish

Ray started at HC Quality in 2009 as an installer and delivery driver and now sales. He became a partner in 2011 and took on a leadership role. Ray is comfortable leading a team as is evidenced in his 15 years with Garden Spot Fire and Rescue. There, he led a team of volunteers as Lieutenant, Captain and Assistant Chief. He was a supervisor at New Holland Church Furniture for 8 years.
Away from work, Ray enjoys muscle cars and NASCAR and is also a volunteer fire fighter. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim and their two boys, Brendon and Dylan. Ray and Kim serve as youth leaders at Ranck’s United Methodist Church. Yes, there is a big age difference between them and the kids, but they have fun and it keeps them young!

Mahlon started in 2011 and is responsible for the installation team which includes training them to be the best! Mahlon’s energy is boundless!! Mahlon began his career as field supervisor at Happy Construction prior to coming on board at HC Quality.
Mahlon spends some of his spare time building homes with a mission group or turkey hunting. He does enjoy his turkey hunting, that’s for sure!

Audra came to HC Quality in 2013 with over 20 years of door and hardware business experience. She is responsible for all receivables and payables as well as contract administration. She also helps keep our office organized.
Audra is married and has two grown children, a daughter and a son. Along with spending time with her family she enjoys cooking, crafting and going to the beach!

Brittany started her career with Quality Door Service in May 2016 following her graduation from Alvernia University with a degree in Business Management. Brittany was a committed volleyball player throughout high school and college. Brittany is responsible for customer service and billing for QDS. She uses her talent to assist with the IT needs of her co-workers.
When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to spend weekends at the cabin!
Richard Martin

Richard began his career at New Holland Concrete in 1981. It was there that he was introduced to “selling doors and hardware” as part of his counter sales position. After 10 years in this position he took an on the road sales job. He enjoyed that for two years but went back inside as sales coordinator. Wayne Martin (see below) consumed Richard’s time with door sales.
Richard earned his AHC (Architectural Door Consultant) certification in June of 2003.
Richard worked in the same building for 34 years until New Holland Concrete sold to York Building Supply. York Building supplied closed one year later. This brought Richard to HC Quality in March of 2015. He was able to begin his career here with three of his coworkers.

Jeremiah has been working in the construction industry since 2004, and started with HC in February 2015. He has an A.S.T. in CAD drafting, and has 8 years of experience in project management and estimating. Jeremiah uses his talent in drafting to prepare shop drawings and submittals for storefront and hollow metal. He also estimates division 10.
Jeremiah lives in Adamstown, PA with his wife, two sons, and faithful dog. When he’s not outside grilling hamburgers in the winter, he enjoys games of strategy with his friends.

Steve became part of the HC Quality Doors’ team in May 2016. Steve came on board to help meet the growing demand in our storefront division. He has 6 years of estimating and customer service experience from his time spent at 84 Lumber. He eventually became a store manager for 84 Lumber prior to coming to HC Quality.
When not at work Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Kendra and their two beautiful children Charlie and Liam.
Steve loves his job at HC Quality and appreciates his customers!

Kyle started with HC as a part time delivery guy, went full time into our hollow metal shop and now is a storefront estimator & project manager. He enjoys working with his team as well as the customers.
In his spare time he is an assistant wrestling coach for a local college.
Dave Gibson

Dave has been in the Commercial Door industry since 2002. He started with Berks Products in their commercial door division in the shop as a Welder and Door Technician. After about five years in the shop he moved into the office where he began running small projects, ordering stock material and doing some keying for projects as well. He eventually moved up to the position of Division Manager. After Berks Products was sold in early 2017, Dave came to HC Quality Doors to continue in the commercial door industry. It was an easy transition as HC sold the same products and used the same computer software as Berks Products did.
Away from work, Dave loves spending time with his wife Gwen and his son Jacob. He likes reading and listening to music, with a CD collection of over 3000 discs. He is also an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and season ticket holder.

Frank started his career as a draftsman for rolling doors at Cornell Iron Works. He has been working as an estimator and project manager for 20 years.
Frank spends his free time volunteering for the local fire company and coaching youth soccer. He enjoys spending time with his wife Wendy and their children Luke and Hailey. When he finds the time he enjoys motor sports, hunting and fishing.

Wendy started her career with an Associate’s degree in Architectural Engineering. She has worked as an architectural draftsperson for architects and engineers. Wendy has also worked as an engineering detailer making technical calculations to convert rebar to structural steel mesh. For over 10 years, she has been estimating commercial doors and hardware.
Wendy likes to spend her spare time with her family, enjoys gardening, decorating, and likes to help with their bible school planning and decorating.

Cole came to HC Quality Doors from Clark Associates where he was the shipping supervisor. He started in the Hollow Metal shop in 2013. In May of 2106 he took on the role as Logistics Coordinator and is responsible for shipping/receiving and coordination of material for install jobs.
Aside from work Cole enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and baby Landon.

Tom served our country for 4 years with the United States Navy- Submarines. He brings to us 32 years in the door and hardware business.Tom started with HC Quality Doors in December 2012. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his four children, Colleen, Chase, Jarrett & Laela.
